Do you work with Airbnb, VRBO, and other STR platforms?
Yes - our turnover service is designed for all short-term rental platforms and independently managed vacation rentals.
Do you offer same-day or last-minute cleanings?
We do our best to accommodate tight booking windows and same-day turnovers when availability allows.
Short-Term Rental Turnover Cleaning
What’s included in a standard STR turnover cleaning?
Our turnover cleanings include full coverage of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces — plus bed-making (host-provided linens), towel staging, trash removal, reporting of issues, and before-and-after photos.
Do you clean during back-to-back guest stays?
Yes - we specialize in quick, reliable same-day turnovers.
Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
No - we bring all necessary cleaning supplies. Hosts only need to provide linens and restocking items unless they choose one of our add-on services.
Will I receive photo documentation after each cleaning?
Yes - every turnover includes before-and-after photos, including any issues or damage found.
Linen Service FAQs
What’s the difference between basic bed-making and your linen service?
Basic bed-making with on-site linens is included in all turnover cleanings. Linen services support hosts who need off-site washing or want us to provide and manage linens entirely.
How does the Linen Swap + Laundry service work?
You provide the linens; we wash, dry, fold, rotate, and return them for each turnover.
1What is the Full Linen Service?
We supply, wash, rotate, and maintain all linens and towels for your rental — a fully hands-off option.
Do you replace damaged or stained linens?
For Full Linen Service, yes - replacements are included.
For Linen Swap + Laundry - replacements are billed to the host.
For Standard STR Turnover Cleaning - We do not replace linens. Any damage found will be photographed and reported; laundry and replacement are the host’s responsibility unless a linen service is added.
Restocking Service FAQs
What items can you restock?
We restock guest essentials such as paper products, soaps, coffee, trash bags, detergents, and other host-requested items.
Do I need to provide supplies?
There are two options for this service - you may provide your own supplies, or we can purchase them for you.
How does pricing work for restocking?
If you provide the supplies, a restocking service fee applies.
If we purchase items, a flat, all-inclusive restocking fee is charged - no reimbursements or travel charges.
Move-Out & Deep Cleaning FAQs
What’s included in a move-out or deep cleaning?
We perform a top-to-bottom clean: appliances (inside & out), cabinets, drawers, bathrooms, walls, light fixtures, blinds, baseboards, windows, and more.
How is move-out cleaning priced?
Prices vary by size, condition, and specific needs. We provide custom quotes after a quick walkthrough or photos of the property.
Scheduling & Availability
How do I book a cleaning?
You can contact us through our website, call, or text to request availability, receive a quote, and schedule your first appointment.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend scheduling turnovers as soon as bookings come in. For move-outs, 72 hours’ notice is ideal.
What happens if a guest checks out late?
We will adjust the cleaning window as much as possible and notify you immediately if the schedule needs modifications.
Access & Security
How do you access the property?
Hosts typically provide a lockbox code, smart lock code, or key instructions. All access information is kept confidential.
Who receives the before-and-after photos?
Photos are sent directly to the host or property manager after each job.
Billing & Payment
How do I pay for services?
You will be invoiced and able to pay. Add-on services are included in the invoice.
Is there a contract required?
No long-term contract is required, but we do have a service agreement for clarity and consistency.
Do you charge extra for heavy messes or excessive cleaning needs?
Yes - heavy soil, trash removal, or extensive messes may incur additional fees. We always communicate these before proceeding whenever possible.
