Short-Term Rental Turnover Cleaning

Our STR turnover cleaning service ensures your property is consistently guest-ready, even during tight booking windows. Every cleaning follows a detailed checklist and includes full property coverage to create a spotless, welcoming space for your next guest.

What’s Included:

Complete cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas:

  • Surface disinfecting

  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

  • Bed making with clean linens (provided on-site by host)

  • Towel staging (provided on-site by host)

  • Trash removal

  • Reporting of damages, maintenance issues, or excessive mess

Short-Term Rental Restocking Service (Add-On)

Our restocking service ensures your rental is fully supplied with guest essentials so you never have to worry about inventory between stays.

What We Can Restock:

While basic bed-making with clean linens you provide onsite is included in all STR turnover cleanings, many hosts prefer a more streamlined, hands-off approach to laundry and linen management.

To support those needs, we offer two enhanced linen service options: Linen Swap + Laundry and Full Linen Service.

Linen Swap + Laundry

You provide the linens; we handle the washing.

  • Service Includes:

    • Bringing clean, freshly washed linens to each turnover

    • Stripping all beds and removing used linens

    • Off-site washing, drying, folding, and stain treatment

    • Rotating linen sets to maintain quality

    • Delivering clean, folded sets for the next turnover

    • Staging all linens and towels to a consistent standard

Full Linen Service

We supply, manage, and maintain your entire linen inventory.

  • Service Includes:

    • High-quality linens and towels provided and maintained by us

    • Clean sets delivered to your property each turnover

    • Used linens removed and laundered off-site

    • Folding, storage, and rotation of all linen inventory

    • Replacement of worn or damaged linens as needed

    • Consistent staging and bed presentation for a polished guest experience
